Scarlett Johansson is an absolute fox but why she would choose to appear in this nightmare of a film I will never know. I suppose the director wants the public to take this movie seriously. I seriously walked out. It's like watching Dick Tracy but with actors who are oblivious to the campyness of the script. One of the major setbacks is that the movie is about a murder and I must've watched for over an hour before they even got into the plot. Some woman we ran into before we went in said her husband thought it was too gory? WHEN? They must have packed all the carnage into the last 30 minutes and even though I love a good murder/mystery, I wasn't sticking around to watch them fail at pulling this one out. Do yourself a favor and go see Talladega Nights or something. This one is an utter bore and not even worth the previews.

Wow, that's brutal, I really wanted to see it too. Scarlett is at least worth a 1/2 star so I will probably see it on NetFlix. I'm hoping to see the Departed soon, that looks like a pretty good one considering all the stars they got for it.
