When the gas price was high, the media talked about it every evening and put a blame on Bush. Now the gas price is $1 below where it was a couple of months ago. Do we hear the media giving credit to Bush? If you blame Bush for the gas price increase, shouldn't you give him some credit when it has come down so much? It wasn't fair to blame Bush in the first place. The oil and gas prices are controlled by the free market, but somehow the liberal media makes us believe that Bush and his oil buddies are pulling some scams.

Do you ever watch TV, dude? A few months ago, any channel you turn to had some commentators or analysts blaming the Bush administration for spoiling their oil buddies. Well, now the media is spreading the rumor that the Republican is behind the gas price drop because it is election time. If you don't watch TV, read the papers, dude.

Yeah, and I recall they were democratic/liberal spokespeople, not reporters. Big difference.

Bush clearly has a lot of connections to the oil industry. He is in a rare position to have a great effect on the oil industry. Can you really say that you don't think he's manipulating things to his own benefit? I'm not saying the price of gas is entirely his fault, but he's definitely part of the problem.
